Easy and comfy - perfect for what we are after. We live in the country and like to have a night on town every fortnight. We stay here as great location and it's clean. Simple accommodation but perfect for what we need!

The room was nice and clean, although the kitchen could have been better, one of the fridge shelves was broken and most of the pants and pots would have needed a thorough cleaning before using them, we only made coffee and had breakfast, so we didn't had to touch the other utensils. The room itself is nice and full of light, the bathroom looked pretty new. The parking in the back of the building was also really useful. It's really close to the Lygon street, meaning it offers a lot of Italian restaurants, little shops, cafes and bakeries, if you're good by foot, it's only a 30 min walk to the cbd.

"and you can enjoy WiFi" turns out to be, "and you can enjoy WiFi for $15 per day". That was poorly put, or just plain deceptive. I suspect the latter. $15 a day is like five years ago - at five-star joints uptown. This was a major disappointment. If I had known I would have booked somewhere else as WiFi is important to me for business.

Very pleasant apartments. Secure parking. Room very nicely furnished and laid out. Kitchenette well set up...FULL OVEN! Off-site staff VERY pleasant, professional, courteous. Given its location was pleasantly surprised by no "street noise". I was a 1-night booking. Would definitely stay here again.

Although a very convenient location to the scene at Lygon Street the unit was a bit run down, most notably a disconnected bed head that made it uncomfortable to sit up in bed, only one extra pillow in double room, missing light globe in bedside lamp and a tear in the very worn sheet on the bed. The kitchen utensils and crockery was inadequate.

A comfortable, clean room with all amenities. Plenty of cupboard spaces, shiny bathroom & a kitchen 2 satisfy all needs. Position is excellent - walking distance to Lygon St & easy access to public transfer. Next time hope to use hotel parking.
