A clean and well set out room, in a great location to Lygon Street.

Apart from the air conditioner being very dirty and not working because of it (I serviced it, I'm a fridgie) the room was nice and clean, with all the facilities you would need.

Very comfortable. carpeting was a little worn and needs replacement

The toiletry facilities were well below standard with mouldy tiles and hot and cold running water with minds of their own, ensuring very hot and very cold showers at frequent intervals. The location was superb, but entry to the apartment was fraught, with the bed head adjacent to the apartments entry doors both front and car park the evening was interrupted on quite a few occasions.

The serviced apartment was more than adequate for the price, located in a quiet area. My room was located on the ground floor, so there was some noise throughout the night from the stairwell with people coming and going. But good shower, up to date bathroom and tidy kitchen. Reverse cycle heater worked well, bed a little firm but not uncomfortable. Fine for a short stay.

Booked 2 studio apartments on the ground floor. One had been refurbished to an acceptable standard but the other was really tired and forlorn. Paid the same for each so a bit of a lottery as to which one you might get.

Great position close to Lygon Street within walking distance to trams. Common areas in need of refurb. Room basic with dated kitchen and bathroom.

It was convenient, but would have liked a nice reception area and welcome.

Parking and check in difficult plus replacement toilet seat too all for toilet so very unhygienic.

wotif stuffed up our booking. I gave specific instructions for a two bedroom apartment times two. I was given four one bedroom apartments. two of these apartments were not used as they did not meet my specific instructions. the apartments were sub standard and very very tired. "free parking" was basically not existant as the owners had sold the car spots to third parties. the keys in the apartment did not work. a very bad experience. unless I am financial compensated by at least $345, i will be taking my future bookings away from Wotif.
