Nice, neat and sparkling . The service is excellent. The property is in a good location with a good scenery. The bed, the toilet are excellent. The breakfast is fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The décor of this home is gorgeous and the host was friendly and very informative about sightseeing places nearby. Well worth the money.

You will not find a bettor b & b for 50 miles. Rooms are spacious and well fitted out with good wi fi. Just over half a mile from carlow centre so you can work up a hunger walking in for your evening meal. Breakfast will keep you from being hungry for the rest of the day.

The location is walking distance from the city central. Room very clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Tom is a warm and welcoming host who is very helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble. Rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfasts are tasty and there is plenty of it. Carlow itself is a 10 minute stroll away. Really pleasant stay.
