"One of the best B&B's I've stayed at!"

Quite simply one of the best B&B's I've had the pleasure of staying at in Ireland. Clean, modern & comfortable. The full Irish breakfast was out of this world. Tom the owner is very helpful and was happy to advise about travel plans. Good WIFI, plenty of parking and only 10 minutes to the town center. Fantastic value for money

The room was cozy and neat and very well kept. The owner of the Avlon House was a great man who really cared about his customers. Everything: the room, the breakfast, etc. was first class.

I would highly recommend Avlon! Tom was a wonderful host! Our rooms were perfect; very clean and comfortable! Location was excellent and the breakfast was delicious! We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you, Tom!

I attended a two day conference with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) in Carlow. Having traveled extensively and stayed in may B&B's I have to say this (Avlon House) was by far the most impressive; friendly and priced accommodation I have visited in many years. I highly recommended it, I will be booking again for the conference in 2019.

Pleasantly surprised and really good value. Soft fluffy towels and really comfy bed. What more could you ask for? Choice of breakfast was also unexpected but lovely
