Aracan Pyramids Hotel

Me and nu partner booked a room at this hotel and arrived tired after a long drive. We har earlier lived in a hotel from the same chain in Luxor and ut was ok, smelled like smoke bit ok. Here they refused to accept us due to a lack of being able to show a marriage license. They were also rude, could not show us this rule in any sort of writing. This ruined our night.

ok this was my stay for 2 night the hotel was not so clean and noises everywhere

2nd stay i booked 2 room in the hotel asking for clean room and away from noises , first i got the first room by the time i ask for the 2nd room they said we dont have u bookings for only 1 room i try to call the freaking after waiting and all they sad our bad we will upgrade u to suits for u trouble i said problem solved , i went to the sweet to have nice sleep wake up to find all my body covered with bed bugs marks or flies didn't say anything it just hopeless

Bad Disappointed Stuff so mean I do not recommend The hotel

Weeding organize not bad and not good, banquet room was very limited, food was good (dessert only), service staff need train on good service, smoking area not designated, WC was dirty, economic hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night 2 days. The hotel is located on a prime street near the pyramids. The hotel is a decent property and the staff and service is okay. The WiFi works well in room. The breakfast was not too much variety. Staff service and cleanliness is.good. hotel does not provide with any water bottle in the room.

Worst hotels, bad air conditioning, bad service, no cleaner, no one cares about you, bathroom is very bad, towels and bed sheets are not changed for the whole 10 days

I have stayed in this hotel several times due to its location which suits my plans in Cairo , yet the hotel is degrading ,room was not cleaned well ,no carpet in the floor ,hair and dust in all corners ,leaking bathroom ,broken shower ,tv with no signal and no glasses,I asked them to clean the room and fix the beds as the room is fitted with 2 single beds although my booking is one double bed ,the hotel has only few of these so i expected them to combine the beds and fix sheets and covers ,i left hotel in the afternoon asked them to clean that ,came 12 hours later nothing was done in the room ,the receptionist sent one of the room service to do some work ,he cleaned the floor and in order to combine beds he just pushed them next to each other as if i could not do that myself ,nosy staff ,poor breakfast quality

The closets, linens, towels and towels were very dirty too Pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms is important to the guest

Poor wi-fi, flies are everywhere, no nightclub,poor bathroom.
