Aracan Pyramids Hotel

I know travelocity has nothing to do with hotels. But I hardly recommend to stay. Travelocity and Expedia should removed Aracan pyramids hotel from this list. This Hotel is completely unwhelty and bad shape. I have pictures to proof this. Bathroom dirty and has fungus. The bed mattress and cover small horrible and dirty. Please don't stay here. I have to change hotel. Please I need to cancel this hotel reservation.and have my money back for this part of my trip

After reading the previous reviews we were a bit concerned about his hotel but chose it because we needed to stay in that area precisely. It is definitely dated and probably hasn't had any work in a very long time. Think of it as a 2 stars hotel where you can stay for a couple of nights maximum, it was very cheap and served its purpose for us!

Language barrier.dusty, not cleaned,bed sheets dirty/stained.smoking in reception and at entrance.staff on your desk asking higher prices and dishonest.very noisy and polluted area.men doing their business in the street.bell boys asking for commission to arrange uber taxi and introducing to private car drivers . Requests made to leave Windows open ignored.mould in bathroom and damaged carpets.poor quality breakfast without fruits or fresh juice.cheap toilotries. More like 2 star hotel. Manager never appeared.mr haisham.

When i went to check in. There was only one guy on the front disk.. He was checking in a group and i was already booked through the website... I was waiting for 15 minutes till someone else came and checked me in.. In 5 minutes... At 8.30 i asked for a glass (empty glass) after i called 4 times the glass arrived at 10:00 .. They disnt even apologiz for this... At 12 am i heard a lady shouting outside... I opened the door found out that she was waiting outside her room for more than 30 minutes for the maintenance guy to open her room door (as the lock battery was empty) that what they said. No water, coffe, heater nothing inside the room.. Doesn't deserve 2 stars

Housekeeping very bad staff not trained.restaurant staff very awful especially Karima she is very bad attitude.most of the staff not wearing uniforms

Even it is cheaper, I am sure this is not excuse for have not normal conditions in a hotel. I tried give chance to this hotel specially for the rating. Toilet no working. No soap. No shampoo. Problems with plumber too. Noisy. Located in a dirty street and the view basically is for some old buildings or streets. The rating for this "hotel" is not real, maybe because is managing for locals and make it very improvised. This accommodation is a hostel, not hotel and is basically for sleep.

This is a very misleading hotel. They are listing photos that are not even close to reality. I checked on my fist day, and a saw a lot of Moroccan beating each other, the 2nd day was the same. Rooms are so dirty. I had to leave earlier and lose 2 nights.... I even asked to talk to guest relationship, and never gave me time. Not safe at all

The hotel Wes not clean and it was very far from the downtown also I think this hotel was too old. Moreover
