Aracan Pyramids Hotel

The Hotel's rooms are in need of upgrading, and deep cleaning, specifically bathrooms tiles, walls and rooms carpets.

I do not reccomend this hotel to westerners staff will annoy you greatly at the desk,incompetent

I booked two rooms. One of them was queens bed with premium bedding. Unfortunately the room was not matching with the booking description on your website. I have been forced to stay in a twin room with my wife rather than the fact that I have booked it with double queens bed. The reception tried to convince me that my booking related to Expedia not Hotels. They showed me a confirmation receipt from Expedia not Hotels.com, despite i showed them at the time of check-in process my Hotels's app showing the two confirmations. They didn't aknowldge my booking on Hotels.com. In addition I was very dissapointed to know that there is no free parking at all. The hotels security advised me to park my car at a local car park beside the hotel, where couple of men (seemed dangerous men) asked me to pay them money in a rude way. The TV was a small one not 32". Unfortunately this experience was dissapointed compared to my previous bookings with hotels.com

it was perfect, but i wish to add a breakfast. it was also very quiet.

Noisy, not clean, AC is not working well And Wifi internet is useless

I stayed at this hotel 5 times, each time I have to ask the same request with no luck, which is to get a king-size bed or to get the 2 beds adjoined, Housekeeping didn't change my linen, my below case was almost yellow from the sweat even though they didn't change it until I asked,

frustrating, I asked for King size bed & they just adjoined the 2 beds in a twin bed room, I ordered room service Iftar & it was the worst I've ever seen ever, I'm sure that their employee cafeteria food is much better, the receptionist was rude & unprofessional while handling my complaints upon check out, the front office manager interfered in the situation & mentioned that the management intended to invite me for Iftar the remaining 2 nights but they were not able to reach me on the Room Telephone!!!!! when I asked him why they didn't call me on my mobile or at least left a message or dropped an email, he answered confidently "the disturbance shouldn't go far till this extend" !!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never go there again.........................................................

Tasty breakfast, stuff friendly and usually trying to help, big plus for the fridge in a room,great location
