Aracan Pyramids Hotel

The hotel is in disrepair; carpets stained, mold and holes in bath room ceiling and breakfast was horrible! On ther bright side, the room was very cheap (you get what you pay for) and it is very close to Great Pyramids if that's what you are there for. Ask for room on inside of hotel to get away from loud street noise on outside! Staff was nice!

First of all I arrived there 2:15 ,I been waiting like 35 mins until I got my room. And got there still house keeper clean it. THE A/C hot for two days. They don't give me free parking until I spoke to the manger. The internet so weak and doesn't cover all the room.

Good location,large nice rooms with good aircondition,nice pool,average breakfast, but bad lobby and reception.

Bad AC the carpet in the rooms so nasty , no iron, no coffee maker , even the fredge in the room not working proplay

First, I did not enjoy staying there because they shut down the air conditioning deliberately many times. Also, I could not open the window because of the flies & bugs. Second, they did not present any complimentary for example (water). Third, I canceled my second booking because of this.

We were not given good room service. A dirty hotel that should only be 1 or 2 stars. The hotel tour guide was extremely expensive. The breakfast was poor.

I stayed here for 3 nights and I didn't even have one night of good sleep. It is a very noisy hotel. The room was run down and not clean what so ever. The breakfast food was not fresh and was very low quality. It is also very far from the pyramids. Don't fall for the "pyramid view" in the advertisement. It is hardly even visible. The traffic where the hotel is situated is really bad and the hotel is very far away from downtown Cairo. On my last night, they allowed a large group to stay at the rooms next to mine. They literally stayed up all night hanging out in the corridors, chatting, screaming. I asked reception to stop it but they were in different. I had to leave my room at 4am in the morning because of that. I asked for a refund for that night's stay and they refused to do so. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel for the price. This is, at best, a 2 star hotel definitely not 4.

The location is good many restaurant life of Egyptian cafes close to pyramids. The room was it not bad. The bathroom clean and good. The hotel is just 3 stars. The hotel has one restaurant and Dirty swimming pool and no lobby in hotel. Totly 6.5 from 10

We where giving a smaller room than we paid for, we had no internet service our room was falling apart, the closet door would not open or close. We lost power and hot water on many times during the day. We had stayed at this hotel on two other trips but this time was our last
