My reservation was canceled and pull out bed had blood stains on sheets and it looks they had not been changed.

Too many that don't contol their children. Hotel sometimes needs to step in when parents don't manage their children and it disrupts other guests.

Dave &busters and the shopping areas were all in walking distance. The hospitality was great Forrest at the from desk was amazing ang very helpful. Sylvia of the breakfast staff was amazing and kept everything hot and ready for everyone. Amazing job
