Homewood Suites by Hilton Wilmington/Mayfaire, NC

Property location is prime, close to shopping & restaurants, no safe in the room, AC filter I had to clean, however, the worse thing I had to find out afterwards was that all rooms would accommodate pets no exceptions, I love animals, however, we have a baby with allergies so we asked for a no pet room, was told there is such thing!

was really excited to stay here, but it didn’t go well at all. We asked for rooms next to each other and didn’t get them. Our family was split up on different floors. We tried to get help but nobody really cared or tried to fix it. So we ended up leaving. Now it’s been weeks and we still haven’t gotten a refund. Hilton and the other site we booked on just keep blaming each other. It’s super frustrating and not fair. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great and had a variety of choices!

It’s a beautiful property, the rooms are well-appointed…but they don’t have enough parking. I literally parked right in front of the hotel.

Excellent location at Mayfair. Breakfast and dining area were above average. Staff was courteous.

Bed was too hard for me and rooms a little worn out.

The Mayfaire Homeward Suites is always a great experience. Staff is pleasant and suites are clean. We always enjoy our stay.
