It was new clean and safe and the view was incredible

WOW - we had the most wonderful 3 days in Acapulco at the Banyan Tree. Upon entering, the view does not disappoint (as with all our Banyan Tree stays!). Octavio was first to greet us with a warm welcome and smile. He made us feel very comfortable as we got setup for our stay, with some lovely welcome drinks. Throughout the stay, everyone on staff was incredible, from the spa team, to each restaurant team, all the buggy drivers and everyone else that made our stay so special! Yeshua, the F&B manager made sure to check on us each day, following up on meals and making suggestions. We ended up doing an in villa BBQ our last night, which did not disappoint - it was such a special experience! Thank you Banyan Tree team! We felt safe, special and very well taken care of.

En el restaurante Saffron la vista y la comida es espectacular, pero el calor excesivo y los mosquitos nos impidió disfrutar la experiencia como hubiéramos querido, creo que podrían solucionarlo con ventiladores con brisa en la terraza y poner aire acondicionado en el salón para que tengas alternativas para disfrutar la comida y el atardecer

The Cleanliness's, Staff, Amenities, Restaurants and my Bay View Villa of the hotel was so amazing we didn't want to leave. I took a chance and went for my 25th wedding anniversary and everything exceeded the photos. I highly recommend.

We love Thailand and Banyan Tree hotels, the one here in Acapulco, goes beyond expectations in quality and service, we went to experience again their Thai Evening, full to the top and everyone having a wonderful time, their entertainment was also great, my only regret was that I didn’t win any of the raffles that they had, lucky winners those who did win. If your going to Acapulco, don’t miss this place, it’s very private and romantic

We visited for the Thai Fest and really enjoyed the food, company and service. Highly recommend it if you are looking for for a different culinary experience.

From the moment we arrived at the lobby, the view was spectacular, and the welcome was very warm. Although we generally enjoyed our stay, several details arose that we would not expect from a hotel of this category. While the hotel offers stunning views and excellent service, several inconveniences affected the experience, including unfulfilled technical support requests, delayed service for basic amenities, issues with restaurant reservations, and disruptive music choices. Additionally, concerns about safety due to speeding golf carts, ineffective air conditioning, and a failure to arrange a scheduled airport transfer further contributed to dissatisfaction. Though the hotel manager intervened to resolve some issues, these lapses were unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. Our disappointment stemmed from receiving a villa that did not match the Ocean Front category we had booked and paid for, despite reassurances from reception. The difference between an Ocean Front and an Ocean View villa was clear, and our assigned room only had a partial ocean view. While the hotel manager, Mr. Octavio, made kind efforts to address our dissatisfaction, we would have preferred to receive the correct room from the start. Despite the hotel's stunning views and excellent staff service, these missteps left us with mixed feelings about returning, as such issues should not occur at a hotel of this caliber.
