El lugar es hermoso, el clima inmejorable y todo el staff muy atento. Lo mas destacable fue nuestra cena en Saffron; mi esposa pidió un platillo que no estaba en el menú y se lo prepararon sin problema. El chef salió a saludarnos lo cual es un detalle que se aprecia. Mi único comentario para mejorar es en el room-service; la puntualidad y presentación no estaban a la altura de lo que esperas en un Banyan. Por lo demás la pasamos muy bien.

The trip was a great experience. The service was outstanding. Even though they just opened after all the damage of the Hurricane. I would like to recommend the people that is in charge of the pool. They always looked close after all our needs. And specially Annette Etcheverry who looked after all our needs, great hospitality hostess.
