Couldn't fault anything.great value for money.close to town centre and train station.parking on front of property off the road .bed comfortable and room spotless.fridge and tea-making facilities in room.dining area downstairs with cutlery washing up facilities etc .can highly recommend.

No negatives at all

The bed was a good size nice size room. However it was good that there was a condense cooler in the room.

Lime scale in kettle was really bad. Didspointed! New kettle wouln't go a miss or descale it. didn't expect that.. Shower cubicle to small but soon got used to the size of it. Wifi connection is poor.

"Weston weekend"

Lovely comfortable bed, room 1 with a small lounge area which was handy. Shower was lovely, a very busy road but quiet inside with the windows closed and a fan in the room for air. Walking distance to seafront, but far enough away from nightlife noise.

Dining area would benefit from a toaster.

Nothing really.Only slight criticism no bedside table for my cup of tea
