Close to the beach, shops, and unlimited restaurants Clean property, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Free wi-fi, parking, fridge, and other amenities in a communal area.

The bed was too soft, and the room was rather compact and airless with the hot weather. It's a little too pricey per night, for the size of the room, and it had a window at the back looking out onto a conservatory roof, but the listing claimed it had a garden view.

The room was very small, and heard noise from pipes during the night, so didn't sleep well. The door lock in room 3 kept playing up, and could do with replacing.

Lovely clean room. Even had a mini kitchen downstairs (which helped me 🤩very useful, as I have to take meds and wash up my cup to take the meds!) Lovely warm welcome and room was welcoming too with tea and biscuits AND even a mini fridge!. Fabulous!

**Only thing, was that the room was very compact and was quite warm. Maybe a bit of air con added, but otherwise a fab location as we could walk into the town of Weston and pier and many retaurants and venues. We even found a great breakfast place 'Tge Copper Kettle'-2 mins away.

Location was great with a 7 to 10 minute walk into town/beach area. Local supermarket and shops on door step including cafe which does great breakfast and open from 7 to 3pm. Complimentary water and cans of sprite left in fridge for our stay along with tea/coffee and biscuit items. Car parking easy and availability guaranteed to one car space per room, so very pleased didn't have to worry about finding a space.

Nothing major, but getting in the front door was a little bit of a faff. The electric fob didn't work half the time and so we could be trying to get through front door for 5 minutes or more. Very stressfull. Room was extremely warm but fan was available, weather paid to that, so not much owners could do unless installing air con.
