Quite small and the noise coming from the outside very pleasant

I was impressed by how exceptionally clean the room was. Loved the communual area - it may staying with friends easier to be with whilst at the guest house.

Later check out. All though very please we were granted a late checkout for free.

Great location ideal for town would stay again but would request a different room as the one we had not a lot of space for getting access to bed.Parking is a big plus although no breakfast is available the recommendation of the Copper Kettle along the road is really good, the only reason I gave the staff a low rate is because we didn't see anybody..

The size of room otherwise all OK

The property was very clean and the location of it was a short walk to the town centre and the beach.

Although the property was lovely, there were no staff. You could contact them but it seemed strange having nobody present throughout the whole stay.

Lovely place to stay. Very handy for the high street and the sea front, just a 15 to 20 min walk.
