Lovely location

Lack of hangers in the bathroom to hang up towels.

Really pleasant stay with exceptional staff. The lady that dealt with us with the blonde hair had great customer service skills and was really friendly. Also the land lord/owner made time to talk to us at breakfast which was a nice touch

Everything The room was beautiful with a lovely balcony and view of the river. the dinner was excellent and the breakfast truly filling.

Hi there, a bit of feedback. My room was missing some simple touches, vanity kit only had one towel which was too small for me, so I had to use one of my friends from squirrel room. It was very noisy. Someone opposite kept opening and closing doors in the early hours waking me up most of the night. I did specifically asked for a quiet room when I was there also. The music was coming through the ceiling and had to ask the bar to turn it down at 10:45pm. Some of the areas were dirty and not cleaned properly. Breakfast was not good food was dehydrated, bread was not toasted properly (cheap bread) not granary! Bacon was pale, cheap, tasteless and rubbery and the sausages were also not very nice. The cost to stay here is too expensive, for what I received. My colleagues felt the same!
