He was very dirty dust everywhere cutlery in the drawer was full of food The bed was snapped in the middle so therefore it sagged and was extremely uncomfortable

"Picked because of pools and was disappointed they were closed it is definitely not 4 star"

Non of the pools were open and wasn’t mentioned anywhere when we booked Room was spacious but was tired and needed updating
