Location - Accessible to where I needed to go during my stay. Clean, comfortable room.

I liked staying here however, the parking situation was not ideal. Chose to stay here because parking was available onsite. I was allocated a parking spot (in the gated area) but each time I went to park, there was a vehicle parked in that space. So I parked each day in the visitor parking (not gated). Would advise against parking in the visitor parking if you value the paintwork on your vehicle. Bird droppings each and everyday on the cars parked in that area. Also if the visitor parking is full, good luck finding steeet parking.

Friendly reception staff when we booked in, very helpful. The property was very secure. Air con worked well.

The light in the lounge room didn't work, when we mentioned it when we checked out, we were told "yes, we know about that but we didn't want to disturb you to fix it". The apartment we were in could do with a thorough clean, the floors needed a good wash, again, we mentioned this when we checked out. Even though the whole premises is supposed to be non-smoking, there were people in other apartments who seemed to be smoking all day (and night) on their balcony, at times we had to shut our doors to keep the cigarette smoke out.

The pool was wonderful

The repairs were obvious and a bit run down

We have stayed there before and have always been made feel welcome and enjoyed our stay
