It was cramped tv not accessible too many doors did not feel comfortable at all in room. Struggled to sit on toilet due to design and someone else’s hair was all over bathroom floor restaurant was closed pool questionable and zero staff on premises automated messages aircon running on heat we did not stay we left within an hour of checking in it was so depressing

Great size apartment, great view overlooking the pool and BBQ area, bonus with the ocean view in the distance, clean and comfortable, great location.

It was a big space so the family could spread out.

The bedroom my kids were in (2 single beds) had no curtains. There was renovations happening on property and the pool was not accessible, this was not communicated to us at the time of our booking.

Location and size of apartment.

Staff was drunk when we arrived. One lady actually drunkenly hugged me which I felt uncomfortable about. We were told the wrong area for our apartment. Apartment was very dusty, couch was missing a leg, bedroom curtain molding. One of 3 pools had just opened that day and the area was overgrown.

Bed was comfortable

No restaurant available as went to find a pub to eat an got maccas instead
