Roomsize and decor. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Bar was relaxing

Nobody cleaned my room for my 3 to 4 day visit. Bin was full and no room service. Don't know why. Maybe a new policy to cut down on cleaning costs, but it should be made clear. I saw people in the corridor making up rooms, but not mine.

"Couldn’t really complain about the say apart from the points i have just brought up"

Very clean Spaces bed (only problem it’s 2 beds pushed together)

Staff not very helpful We mist breakfast by 1 minute and was told 2 turn back round and check out of the hotel ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!!!!!!
