"Brekafast and restaurant facilities were great however the rooms itself were slightly disappointing"

Breakfast was really lovely, lots of choice, and very delicious ! Tv casting worked which was a nice to have.

The rooms were okay, Could do with a general refurb, one of the the bathroom lights didn’t work, the spotlights in the room were uneven and centred mostly in one area(quite strange) the beds were super high up, although the mattresses were comfortable. The sink drain in the bathroom was not the best the water wouldn’t go down you would have to lift the whole thing out.

Second time staying in the hotel on business. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, excellent value for money, breakfast selection as great. Will be my hotel of choice when working up in Gateshead
