It was ok. Coffee weak. Eggs burnt

I booked an Executive room - it was spacious. However, the furniture (sofas and chairs) looked tatty need a replacement. The room was very hot and noisy as had a large kitchen extractor outside and we could smell the cooking in the room. Although the room had an old air-conditioning unit, this was very noisy

"Perfect for the cricket"

We went to watch the cricket at Chester Le Street and the hotel was in a great location. Breakfast options were great, nice spacious room and bathroom and added bonus of access to the swimming pool and a trip to the driving range just behind the hotel. Perfect stay and will be back.

"Best wedding venue"

I got married here on the 24th of May 2026. The day as a whole was absolutely incredible. The staff were next to none so positive, happy to be there and it didn’t look like they were at work! The wedding and events team were spot on and there for any questions or panics I had leading up to the day. The food was outstanding and I couldn’t have got married somewhere better! Thank you to you all amazing people
