"5 star experience due to an amazing server."

Can't fault our experience at all, stayed over due to booking a room for a friend's wedding. Specifically Lili our server was so helpful, especially with me being Coeliac she helped provide me with all the options I could have and even giving my non coeliac boyfriend the apple crumble and custard he wanted :) was very attentive. An asset to the company.

"Disappointing"

Clean , comfortable

I specifically came to stay for the night so I could have a nice lie in after a very stressful part of my life. I was woken up at 8am by a crane with a platform on right outside the bedroom window. It actually shook the whole room and the noise was horrendous . This went on for about 30 mins . Just as that stopped housekeeping knocked on the door ! Checkout was 11am so why on Earth disturb people before then? I have emailed and complained but had no response either. All in all very disappointing.
