Really enjoyed both my meals here. Served by Patrick, Lily, and Ellie on both occasions. They were very attentive and took care of anything and everything. Food was of great quality too so huge compliments to the chef(s).

"Great hotel and staff"

Fab stay. Have to mention every staff member was a credit to the place. Nothing was a bother and made our stay seamless. Beautiful back massage by Brooke. Patrick and Lily in the restaurant were fantastic. We’ll be back!

Rooms are clean and tidy and have everything you need. There was a mark on the bedding and the lady on reception quickly moved me rooms. Didn’t catch her name but she sorted my issue straight away. Restaurant is great, really nice atmosphere and the food is always super. Patrick served me, he is always friendly and always makes sure he checks in that everything is ok, which I really like depends silly as I’m travelling solo due to work. The girls Tasha and Amber on the bar were super busy but still had a smile on their faces. I recommend the chicken shawarma, portions are big!

"Decent hotel"

The quiet location with plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was powerful and warm.

The room was tired, especially the bathroom. The hairdryer cord was far too short and couldn't be moved to dry my hair comfortably. The room was too warm, despite the radiator being off. I stayed for two nights and when the room wasn't made up after one night, I enquired at reception, to be advised they dont do daily housekeeping. It would have been useful to know this in advance.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Just wanted to say a special mention to Molly our beautiful server! she was so kind and made us feel very looked after, she really made our stay more comfortable. Will definitely be returning because of this!

"Lovely stay"

Nice hotel, conveniently placed for me. Added extra of electric charging. Room service was great, they didn’t have all of my order so when they couldn’t get hold of me they swapped this out for a complimentary different side dish (thanks to Patrick). Great service in the restaurant from Patrick and Amber with delicious food too
