"Great location "

Great location. Attentive host. As noted by others, locating the premises can be difficult (especially if there is an event blocking certain roads or if you are one person trying to use the handwritten guidance provided by the owner). Maybe a map would be helpful for guests who need to avoid the ZTL? Nice breakfast.

"What a beautiful place"

Amazing place. Have been living in Bergamo before and I must say that I havent seen that view from any other house I have visited. So peaceful. Huge balcony view to the valley. Very, very nice service. Feeling like at home. Highly recommend!

"Charming b&b"

Lovely b&b in the historic upper city with very kind host who gave us local tips about bergamo. Calm and charming neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay especially the view from the balcony. Note for light sleepers-bring earplugs because the red room is next to the shared bathroom/toilet.

"Great place"

We enjoyed our stay, the owner was very friendly and informative and recommended some nice places to eat. Situated in a good place, central to attractions in old town Bergamo. Will definitely stay again.

On the positive side this place is in a great location and two of the three rooms have great views. On the negative side there is little in the way of service. To our query about local info the owner said "go ask at the tourist office." There appears to be rationing/penny pinching at breakfast. Fruits and meats are sliced razor thin and not replenished (one gets the impression that they are on strict accounting). Check in hours are very limited - if you plan to arrive outside the one hour provided for check-in get in contact with the owner. Contrary to what this site says you will be insistently required to pay in cash.
