Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Guests are required to present the credit card with which they secured the booking at check-in. Guests should specify whether they prefer a twin bed configuration in the Special Requests box at the time of booking. Please note, this request is subject to availability. Please note that only the large rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Any type of extra bed or cot is subject to request and needs to be confirmed by management. Kindly note some accommodations is located on the second floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Group bookings of 3-5 rooms have a cancellation policy of 14 days. This rule is also applied to individual bookings of 5 nights or more. Group bookings of 6+ rooms must be canceled outside of 28 days to avoid a cancellation charge. Full payment is required 14 days/28 days prior for the above bookings. A deposit may be required at the property.
