Near the private beaches, good terrace. Staff tries to help and solve problems. Near the Erice cableway.

Load music from the front hotel. Load music and basses all night long, till 3-4 o’clock. If You want to rest, this hotel is not for You. We ordered Studio with 2 beds (it wast last room in this hotel) but when we arrive we saw only one bed. Staff ordered us to bring second bed, we didn’t wanted and wanted to get money back, but Alessandro told ot was impossible.:( So we get secind bed on a wheels, like from hospital and one morning my friend fall from it, cause its legs folded. Also there was old pan and no kettle, so to drink coffe we needed to boil water in a pot, but after our message Allesandro brought a new pan and kettle. Cleaning was only 1.5 time during a week. One time was changed bed sheets and 2 timea towels. Cleaner all the time forgoted to clean a trash bin. First floor studio (nr 12) doesn’t have balcony and You cannot see something, cause all the view is covered with curtain.

Everything was fine, it’s close to beaches and it’s very comfortable.

Apartment was clean and very spacious. Very helpful Host. Access to big roof top with wonderful sea view! Easy self check - in. Totally recommend!

Nice apartaments near beach

Location was as described. We were able to walk into Trapani, but you will need to be reasonably fit. The rooms were very clean with a comfortable bed. The sofa bed in the lounge area was fairly comfortable to sit on in the evenings, but feel more could be done for out door seating to make the best use off the balcony/terrace area. Kitchen facilities are adequate, but missing a kettle. The roof terrace (weather permitting) as limited seating provided. Presume this would be rectified further into the hotter spring/summer days. Rooms were cleaned and bedding changed during the stay, which was a nice surprise.

The room safe did not work, presume the battery for inputting the code was flat. We did not mention this, but I'm certain they would have rectified this if we did. Great roof terrace to use if the wether permits, but limited seating would have been a problem if the apartments were full.

Nice, comfortable, clean apartment. Very nice personnel :) Great communication with the owner. Beautiful beach right across the street, bus stop in front of the apartment.

Quite far (4 km) from city center. But we were aware of that :)

For a couple, a mattress pad and something to secure the two double beds would be helpful Some extra silverware would be great, although there was enough

Everything was amazing! 2 balconies which alowe you make a breakfasts and lunches on fresh air. Clean and comfortable bathroom with hot water. Speedy WiFi, youtube and tv. Handy kitchen with all necessary equipment on it. Nice and friendly english speaking personal. We choose this location because we wanted to stay far away from the city in calmed conditions and near the sea side. We totally got what we wanted. If you want to spend more active rest in the city with bars and restaurants i would suggest you choose another place in order to live inside the city, near the port or another hot spots.
