We have wonderful time there. We really like self check in and self check out systems with immediately contact in person as well. We have received some guidelines about restaurants and it was awesome too. I would love to recommend this place as really nice location, cleanliness and facilities itself. We will come back definitely there. Thank you for having us.

Very comfortable, very clean, with nice balconies, just accross the beach, very nice staff, a place that has already made me come back several times!

I personally had a little problem with the door that may close and the key that might be left inside!! Between 9:30 and 13:30, there's someone at the Reception and you can get immediate help. But outside these hours, it might be more complicated!

Across the road from the beach so from our 2nd floor room we had a nice view of the sea. Very clean, spacious and comfortable, modern with a well equipped kitchenette. Trapani has so much to do, we spent 6 days and still didn't do all the things there are to see within a short distance. We enjoyed Trapani's historic centre and walking along the seafront.

Only improvement for us would be more comfortable furniture on the amazing roof top terrace, but then we would probably never leave!

Amazing location, the rooom was very spacious.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with a balcony with sea view. There is private parking available at an additional cost. Moreover, the owner was very kind and everything went smoothly.

Unfortunately, a bit far from the old town, but it is no problem with a car or the public bus.

Near the private beaches, good terrace. Staff tries to help and solve problems. Near the Erice cableway.

Load music from the front hotel. Load music and basses all night long, till 3-4 o’clock. If You want to rest, this hotel is not for You. We ordered Studio with 2 beds (it wast last room in this hotel) but when we arrive we saw only one bed. Staff ordered us to bring second bed, we didn’t wanted and wanted to get money back, but Alessandro told ot was impossible.:( So we get secind bed on a wheels, like from hospital and one morning my friend fall from it, cause its legs folded. Also there was old pan and no kettle, so to drink coffe we needed to boil water in a pot, but after our message Allesandro brought a new pan and kettle. Cleaning was only 1.5 time during a week. One time was changed bed sheets and 2 timea towels. Cleaner all the time forgoted to clean a trash bin. First floor studio (nr 12) doesn’t have balcony and You cannot see something, cause all the view is covered with curtain.

Everything was fine, it’s close to beaches and it’s very comfortable.
