Position close to the beach and nice solarium for night to get fresh breeze from the sea

Fantastic communication with hotel manager combined with a good spacious and well maintained room. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the area is dominated by beach clubs so if you need a public beach it’s a bit further to walk, but again stress this is nothing to do with the hotel which is great.

The appartment was spacious, much bigger wlfrom what is usually offered, with two balconies, and had everything you need. The hotel has its own free parking. The beach is just across the street.

No cleaning, same towels for 4 days.

The aparthotel was in Trapani suburb, near the main street, so if you have a car to go to Trapani or to the shops it is rather easy. Parking is in the inner yard. The aparthotel is fenced and the gates are locked, so it feels safe. The apartment was clean, double bed was comfortable. The hotel administration was quick to respond to messages if there were any questions. Good video instructions for check-in. Sea is in-front, and to go on foot it takes about 3 min.

Because the aparthotel is located near the main street, so it might be noisy, luckily we had a lateral sea view room, so for us it was good. We stayed on April while season not started, so the terrace on the hotel roof was not prepared: the were no matraces for sunbeds. We asked administration to prepare, they promissed, but unfortunately, they have not prepared till our check-out date. In the room the were no teapot. The is no direct access to the sea, because infront there are other hotels with borders, so you have to go to the side to get to the sea.
