"Acceptable, several better alternatives in Douala"

Travelled to Cameroon to see my fiancee, this is not my first visit to Cameroon, and I have visited many third world countries. However, for the price, this was not a great bargain. Room is pretty crummy, bedding poor. AC worked well, and restroom was adequate. Didn't try the restaurant, looked at the menu and felt it was overpriced, so went out. Stayed in the Futuris Hotel on my way out, and also looked at the Star Land, both were nicer than SAWA, and similarly priced.
