The Ironwood

This place was great, very cozy, not too small not too big. We had the 2 bedroom condo and it was more then enough for our party of 7. The view from the pool & hot tub is amazing. Parking in the garage was a huge help so we didn’t have to scrape off snow or ice. Honestly no complaints.

it was a great unit and pool/hot tub were nice. wish the pool access started earlier in the morning. Also, parking in the village is ridiculously expensive...would not stay here again as it was much further to the village than I had expected...and even the bus stop wasn't very close.

The view is amazing, the appartement is perfect for 6 people, very spacious, the hot tub faces the mountains, the area is quiet

the Ironwood is a great place to stay, it was clean and quiet. The reason for the 1 star was that the vrbo advertisement said mountain and golf course views and the condo I checked into did not have a view. being from Vancouver and having spent many holidays in Whistler and was wanting a place with a nice view. Whisky Jack resorts who manages this property moved us the next day to a suite with a view and it was great, however, I should have been assigned that room from the beginning. Instead of having to complain and move while I am on holiday with my family at $300 night.

A great place with a mountain view. The place was clean and very well equipped including all kitchen facilities as well as a washing machine. I enjoyed spending an evening in the warm outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. We would stay there again.

We arrived to check in at the office of the property management company just to learn that the dates they were given were not the same as the ones we booked for. We had all the confirmation emails from VRBO with the correct dates and the office staff were helpful to change the reservation. We were lucky that the previous renters checked out on the day of our arrival. Otherwise, we would have been out of luck. Apart from that, it is a nice complex in a great quiet location. We enjoyed the stay.

When we first arrived. Access was an issue, it was past the 9pm check in. We stayed at another hotel the first night. The office got us checked in the next day with apologies. The rest of our stay was amazing. Super nice room. Great for a family. The pool was nice. View nice. Room beyond clean. Access to the village easy on foot and bike. We would 100 percent stay here again year after year.

My biggest complaint-no shade at the pool! There could have been umbrellas at least. A/c started blowing warm air-very annoying. The unit itself was clean and well equipped.

Awesome condo! Very quite and very clean! We had a great time! Come back for sure!

Great resort with full kitchen. Very spacious rooms and nicely decorated. I had a room with a mountain view and it was plain gorgeous. You can also get the mountain view while in the swimming pool, which is a plus for those who don't get a room with a view. It's just a 1 to 2 minute drive to the Village, so it's definitely within walking distance if you prefer walking. Only knock against this place is the check out time at 10 am, which is way too early.
