Lodge at Mill Creek

Everything was up to my standards no problems with me I would stay there again I recommend people to stay there I was in room 302 no issues with the room

When we checked in the room we were given and it was a mess. The room had obviously not been cleaned and had the previous guests used towels and even a gift left for us in the toilet.Thankfully the Gentleman at the front desk gave us another room but it as well was disgusting and the only thing they had still available.

There was ants, and roaches in the room. No cold water in the shower. Ice machine did not work. No housekeeping from Saturday to Saturday. Front desk staff was rude. Asked for downstairs room for my handicapped mom and got upstairs room. Sink was clogged. Beds sunk in. Will not stay here again.

There was blood on the sheets and bed area the room wasn’t all the way clean there was a dust pan left on the bed.

You pay for what you get. It was okay. The door for the room had a giant crack at the top and bottom so if bugs wanted to get in they could. The bed sheets had brown stains on them. I think the room would have been more comfortable if it received a paint job and maybe upgraded furniture.

I had 2 rooms tv didn't work in either one. Bathtub in one wouldn't stop up for kids bath. Could have been cleaner

This place is terrible! Very bad service to begin with nobody was at the counter when we arrived, they placed phone # to call Econo Lodge and a guy was telling me he is just doing a favor for Mill Creek hotel which that would be none of our business.

Hotel was average at best. Outdated with a side of uncleanliness is how I would describe it. It needs some TLC and a facelift would do wonders. I would not stay here again there are better hotels for the same money..

The deluxe double room was nice. The room was clean and there are good TV channel options with the cable. Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work very well when we stayed. We were unable to connect with the information provided.

The hotel was not terrible but not a high end hotel either you get what you pay for. Stayed 2 nights and would stay again. Again its a no frills plain hotel but does the job.
