Lodge at Mill Creek

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, A/C worked great.

Found blood on the coat rack. Housekeeper didn’t do good job to clean the room. Carpet is really dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable to stay there.

dark water spots on ceiling, refg froze everything in it. Hair dryer did not work. chain lock on door was broken. Took forever to get checked in. stains on carpet. no chairs in room. Room was clean, just not what I had expected from the pictures in the advertisment. Will not stay there again.

The location of the property is satisfactory. Local restaurants and entertaining are all nearby. Cleanliness of the property is poor- trash pilling up on stairwell. Breakfast was not available even though their website states free breakfast. Customer service at front desk was not welcoming. Looks like the person does not enjoy his/her job.

It was a simple hotel! Two beds, a night stand, a shower, toilet, sink, desk, chair. Basic necessities. It did have a mini fridge and microwave! It also had a really nice tv for a hotel room! Ac was good & room service came in and replaced towels, hand towels, toilet paper etc. no complaints, this was a last minute pick. The only downside is the parking- a few nights we came back to the hotel and there was almost no parking so we had to be strategic about when we arrived back. The place doesn't look super gray from outside but the room seriously isn't bad- no bugs- trust me I looked haha!

Hotel is nothing like on the website, Very nasty.

With hotel experience this hotel been the worst. Rooms falling apart not clean and the staff making mistakes.

Nice staff. Convenient location. Decor is a little out of date.

A little out dated. Chairs in room were kid sized. But was clean. Not a bad place to stay.

Older place, would be ok if was deep cleaned. Mold above and around shower, ear wax looking substance stuck on wall and blood on curtains, carpet could use immediate replacing. Service was overall very good, kind people.
