Old. Musty odor in the room. Stained towels.

Property was clean, AC was cold refrigerator worked as it should cable was good, staff what's good and friendly, the place was better than I had expected, I would have no problem staying there again

If you googled this place, the pool DOES NOT exist. Hasn’t for years, if ever. Be advised the photos on Expedia/Hotels.com look to be at least 10+ years old or more, back in its glory days. Used to be a Days Inn, and the current photos on Hotels.com are VERY misleading! If you googled and reviewed all the guest photos, you’ll get a more accurate depiction of what rooms really look like, today. Pets not allowed, unless you’re the owner, they have a dog greeting all the guests in the lobby. No food service offered. Lobby is very dirty, everything covered in dust. Coupled with the potholed parking area and dirty sidewalks, it should’ve been enough warning for the rooms. Ancient beds, bedding, furnishings, curtains, though some rooms look to have been remodeled in the past 20 years from what we observed looking in windows, those are the rooms you want! Doesn’t look like they own a working vacuum cleaner either. Sad performance for a ‘tourist destination!’

Quiet good bed clean convenient. This was as comfortable as our last two nights. We stayed in major chains, and this bed was more comfortable. This is a great place to stay if looking for something a little nostalgic, but nice. No fancy frills here, only hospitality.

No pool for $140 a night is ridiculous

i’m on crutches from a broken leg, got stuck with a room on the second floor all the way down the row from the stairs, check in didn’t even care

The room was clean and the location was great. Not the best beds I have slept on but far from the worst either. Bottom line, would I stay here again and the answer is yes.

The people who run the facility are wonderful. The premises is showing it’s age however the room was clean. The ease of getting to various entertainment was great

Nice comfortable room, good price for being right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, with Gatlinburg less than 5 miles up the road. Will return.

Irene at the front desk was awesome. The room was clean but I was not happy with the condition of the bathroom. The door had been kicked in and it’s jamb was cracked open. The door itself was also split open. The bathtub faucet and shower head was wobbling and falling out of the wall. A chair arm was torn and looked old and dirty. The king bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. There was a large crack with plaster missing on the ceiling. At 6am the 2 large trash bins were emptied by a loud garbage truck.
