Location and price are great.

It was very outdated. There was definitely mold in the room. It caused us to have sinus issues. Yuck environment!!

Shower was not clean. Microwave was not working. Too costly

This motel was very good and bad at the same time. The bad was shower and tub was a 4/10. Has not had any maintenance for years it looked like. Very easy fixes. 10 minute job with caulk and 5 minute job with the correct paint for the ceiling of the shower. Walls in the room were dirty and stained. Also very easy fix with a coat of paint. After searching for a room for hours in gatlinburg/ pigeon forge this was priced at $350 for 3 nights (Friday-Monday). Which was actually a very cheap price. The location is perfect being the south end of pigeon forge so you can get straight to gatlinburg with going threw pigeon forge. If you plan on waking up and leaving and not coming back until bedtime it is a good affordable room. But me personally i think next year i will spend the extra 2-300 for a better maintained room. The bed was very good tho. Overall a 6/10.

Roaches!!!! The employees couldnt tell me the extra charges, kept saying it was a glitch . The manager , 2 days later finally explained. The room was old , not comfortable . A dirty sock was there from however long. Very loud! Can hear an ant fart . Stay away!!

To begin with, there were two ladies who are not fit for hospitality business working at the reception. Please ask them to smile and be friendly, it was not a good experience. There was no working wifi in the hotel, sucked big time. The beds were horrible, old spring beds and I got back pain sleeping on those. Better pay few extra dollars and stay at a nice place.

This place needs serious upgrades, inside and out from top to bottom. Shower head is for someone 4ft tall, pillows are for maybe a toddler, carpet is noticeably dirty you do not want to walk barefoot on it. Our family was upstairs, do not walk near railing it looks like it could give way. Pics are very deceiving! Just because you can charge a high price does not mean you should. Our stay was for 2 nights a last minute get away. I would say you get what you pay for but we didn't get that!
