Lodge at Mill Creek

There was a cockroach in our room, black mold in the ceiling above the bathroom, and old crusty towels left hanging on the shower.

For the price, it was way worth the value. I was a little worried about other reviews, but was well pleased with the room

Old carpet gives musty smell to room. King bed room smelled like smoking. They had to move us to a double bed room.

The staff was very friendly. But the room left a lot to be desired. The bathtub was clogged, the AC didn’t work (the vent was extremely dirty) the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the bed sat at a downward angle and was super uncomfortable, the marijuana being smoked in the room next to us was so overpowering as it came through to our room (we ran to the store to buy air freshener to kill the smell as much as possible), we will not be staying here again.

The only thing that was good about it was that it was on the strip of pigeon forge

I do not recommend anyone staying in this hotel. We spent the night on a Saturday night and was relaxing in our room that evening, when we heard a loud noise that sounded like someone spraying our door with a water hose. We open the door to see water, rubber, debris and tar pouring off of the roof onto my car. It was the maintenance man pushing the water off of the roof onto my car. We confronted him and he assured me it was not hitting the cars and I had to show him where it had indeed hit my car. He said he would clean it off. We went to management in order for them to handle the situation and possibly give us a refund or at least some of our money back and nothing was done at this time. The hotel was very unclean the beds were in terrible shape the floors were black. I am very displeased with my stay at this hotel I believe the health department needs to step in and declare this place unfit.
