Lodge at Mill Creek

For the price of the hotel it was disappointing. The only thing good about the place it was next to the Dolly Parton Stampede show.

the rooms were mislead nothing like the pictures.. you had stairs to carry all your stuff. the rooms smell like feet and you could tell they haven't been clean in a while. They need update their stuff..

Hotel was in need of serious repair. Picture on website are extremely misleading.

It was good for the price

Wasn't too thrilled about the 2 live-ins on the top floor smoking pot on the balcony while we were trying to move our stuff in the room

It was a great place to stay at.

The room was infested with bed bugs and we saw a roach also

The room was dirty. There were holes in the bathroom door and lamp shades. The refrigerator would not close and the bed had holes in it.

We stay here often and usually it's okay, but the room this stay was terrible.

There’s actually nothing to like! There’s mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, there’s a hole in the ceiling above the shower head where water has leaked from the drain of the bathroom above, there’s no phone, there’s mold in gasket of the refrigerator, the WiFi does not work, and I was under the impression that the room had two queen beds but it has two full beds! I brought attention to the front desk and the staff member said that she would let Expedia know because they do not have queen beds! If you would like can send pics of all this! I also feel as if I deserve a full refund because of the conditions and because I had 3 small children staying in this room! This should not be acceptable
