Everything was terrible the sheets were dirty, pillows were dirty the sheets had a blood stain along with dirt stains,carpet dirty, no phone in the room wouldn't give me extra sheets no blanket Everything was terrible i want a refund or credit this hotel makes me second guess booking through expedia very disappointed and upset

The bed are horrible they were so broken they were shaped like the letter U my body hurt so bad after sleeping one night on that bed it was awful. They need new beds.

"Smokie Stay in the Smokies!"

Our room was supposed to be non-smoking but a cheap cover up occurred. Smiled to high heaven!, but to tired to argue. The bed and pillows were something out of a jail cell I believe. I’ll pass next time on this deal!!
