Lodge at Mill Creek

Firstly, the girl at check in couldnt locate my reservation through hotels.com. i had to pay TWICE for one room. the morning manager the next day assured me i would be refunded one of the charges. i still have not been refunded and i cant seem to be able to get anyone to answer the phone at this place. i paid over 200 dollars to stay in a room where the AC wasnt sealed and i could see outside, the bath tub had a patched hole. there was drywall dust all over the carpet, burn marks on the AC unit, leak stains all over the ceiling and NO comforter! just sheets! it was a mess. NEVER again.

Second booking of the last three that I’ve made through Hotel.com where we chose to change hotels rather than stay. First the Ramada by Wyndham in Nashville and now The Lodge at Mill Creek. Both of these facilities were dirty and smelly. I can produce receipts that show we stayed at adjacent hotels on Jun 28, 29 and July 2nd rather than stay at those two places. I understand it’s buyer beware but for $91 a night (Ramada by Wyndham in Nashville) or $177 a night (The Lodge at Mill Creek) one should feel entitled to at least basic cleanliness. I’ve made more than thirty separate bookings through Hotel.com and have never asked for a refund but this was beyond the pale. Not only unpleasant and inconvenient to have to find a new hotel and move but also the expense! I’ve paid for two hotels now on three separate nights. I really need to get a refund or I don’t see how I can continue to use this website.

Clean room, fridge was already cold...blow dryer, iron and ironing board in room

Nasty room. Mirror was cracked, graffiti was on the ice bucket. Shower wouldn't turn on and after it did the water kept dripping. Stains all over the carpet. Nothing like what the pictures showed. Wifi was slow and would barely keep your phone loaded unless you bought the premium package. Wouldn't recommend

This place is a dump! Faucet in the shower was out! Just not a nice place. We moved to a new hotel for just a little more and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Didn't like anything about this place would never stay that again would never recommend it to anybody to stay there

The wifi connections were weak and we were unable to get out to the internet.

The place was filthy full of ants. Motorcycles took all parking spots. I wanted a refund as soon as I seen room went to office for money back they refused. There was mold on the bathroom floors and walls. The walls and curtains were filthy

I did not stay but had to pay fir one night anyways. The pics are completely misleading! Place looks abandoned. I paid for the night and went elsewhere bc it doesn’t look safe there.

The hatefulness of the desk clerk both day and nite,None of the amenities I said we would have do we have and just overall horrible nasty overall and honestly I’d rather have my entire money back it was that horrible and I am pursuing that
