The location was great -- a short walk to the Alamo, restaurants, shops and the River Walk. The hotel is in a former office building built in 1909, and they incorporated many of the architectural features and fixtures in their remodeling which gives it a unique look and feel. The breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly and professional.
We've stayed at the hotel two different times. This, our second time, we found our room to be a bit small with not a lot of space for suitcases, and we did find two roaches in the bathroom. We notified the staff so they could take care of that problem.
