I booked this hotel as I had stayed there before. They had a good breakfast and an elevator. The elevator was important as I was having hip problems and breakfast was served on the top floor. Elevator was out-of-order. No handrails in the stairway. No wardrobe or any other means to hang up clothing in the room. I will only stay here again if the elevator is repaired. In the meantime, their Expedia listing should remove the fact that they have a functioning elevator.

The staff were exceptional… the premises were extremely clean… perfect location steps away from the beach … could not have had a better stay….

There was some mold on the walls and you could see that the woodwork had not been properly cleaned - doors, headboard, etc. The bathroom was always cleaned well, which is important to me but the whole room needed a deep clean. The balcony door was difficult to open and very noisy, which was unfortunate because I had to go and sit in the one chair out there or go to the roof for internet. The breakfasts were very good, with the best chilaquiles. They were drier and not as saucy as usual and I loved them. The restaurant staff were very nice. The lady who sat at the back desk in the foyer was very nice and helpful. I would probably stay there again, because of the location and good breakfast, as the price was right.

Great location. Rooms are fairly basic but clean. AC worked well and had hot showers. Hallways echo a lot, very loud in the morning. Rooftop pool needs more lounging chairs and need to get rid of the pigeon and pigeon poop problem with a fake owl or something. Breakfast is awesome!

The breakfast pancakes were cold, no breakfast meat like bacon. As someone who is allergic to peppers, the choice was very limited.

Great location at the Malecon, PV. Easy access to beautiful beache, bus, hikes, taxi, grocery store, theater and many small restaurants and bars. Breakfast and coffee on the top floor was OK. Friendly staff at the dining area and front desk. I would stay there again likely in the future.

I would recommend this hotel anytime, amazing location, walking distance to the Malecón, night clubs, and all the amenities, friendly staff, We arrived early for checking in due to flight arrival at PVR, we were able to leave our belongings secure at the hotel until we were all check in, the guys helping us with our luggage and were helpful, thank you for the complementary wine bottle. next day early morning had breakfast included with the room stay. kudos to the staff for the warm welcoming. Highly recommended to anyone.
