They overcharged us and room was extra small.

It was amazing it’s in the middle of busy area and it’s convenient. We like the staff too. We will go back. My daughter and I love it. The only thing is near the road or busy street. During the night it’s so loud. Nextime we will request not near the busy road. Also they didn’t give us another blanket so it was uncomfortable we bought our own but I think after 3 days they give us one fluffy blanket which is nice. I guess we should ask or request

We had the worst experience ever. They cleaned our room took our towels and didn’t have clean towels for 3 days. We got moved to a dark room. The fan did not work. Room smelled like mold. Bathroom had mold stains. Our room faced the inside of a dirty building. The only thing good was the breakfast.

Selena Gomez was an excellent as one of other hombre No hair dryer as listed. My room had a terrible Oder the perfume used to cover smelled as bad.

Elevator not working and past reviews state the problems of this Requested a blanket and reception said there is not any. Housekeeping didn’t replace any towels and took all the used ones. When requested towels reception stated there wasn’t any available. They dropped some off later. Just a little different way the hotel is managed

Location was good. Had numerous problems including: -elevator did not work for 5 of ten day stay, -no safe in first room which we changed because - of its smallness for two people -mould smell in second room -pool was not used because the deck area was not conducive for relaxing on.

I've stayed here twice and will stay again. Very clean. Lovely and very helpful staff. Excellent location. Extremely walkable. Cheap. Safe. Small but nice roof top pool. 90 seconds from a great beach. 9 seconds from great food and walking.

Upon arrival we were told our room was on the second floor, and that the elevator was not working. What’s more, breakfast would be served on the fourth floor, still no elevator. Our room had a city view as we were told. It overlooked a very, very busy Street which was often very noisy. Be sure to bring earplugs for night time. The shower stall was not completely enclosed, and water leaked out onto the floor and behind the toilet. The beds were very comfortable and the closet was adequate although there was no dresser. The room key card failed every day and had to be re-keyed. The food for breakfast was complete and good, Actually excellent. Staff was pleasant and helpful to get our bags upstairs.
