Grand Miramar All Luxury Suites & Residences

We had our daughters wedding at the Grand Mir A Mar and it was fantastic. All the help was great and facility was beautiful. All of the food we ate was delicious and fresh. The people we interacted with the most went above and beyond. Especially Abel Hernandez, Reyna Perez, Alberto Alvarez, Salvador Mendoza, and Luis Guillen.

This was our first time in Mexico and this place really set the standard. Beautiful facility and the staff are second to none. They made us feel right at home and really made us feel like they cared for their guest. Actually tracked the taxis and ubers who took their guest out to town. The pools were clean and well cared for. Wait staff as well as the breakfast menu was ample and food was delicious. We attended a wedding and in my opinion this facility did a fantastic job. The food was good, the DJ was a class act. I would use this venue for my wedding, if I wasn’t already married, LOL I highly recommend this resort and we plan on returning and this is the place we’ll stay My whole family can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at the grand Miramar and the town is beautiful.

We arrived early and were greeted warmly while they finished up getting our room ready. The basil infused cold drink hit the spot while waiting. Lunch by the pool was relaxing. Room was ready by 1pm, Luis from Bell staff introduced us to our room explaining everything, and had a large bucket of Ice delivered within three minutes to the room. Very Clean room with ocean view. Daily maid service and turn down service, we spent two nights. Bell staff had Taxi waiting for us first night to the Marina for a Sunset Sailboat cruise, Ada Sailing, highly recommend. Breakfast buffet was impressive, varied each day. Someone overheard me about an omelette and the chef came out to take a custom order. Dinner second night in the Eugenia restaurant by the roof top pool was excellent. Second morning showed up 10 min before the breakfast opened looking for coffee, and instead of having to wait, Abel, head breakfast person, went out of his way and routine to take us to lobby and make us an espresso. Alberto, Salvador, Mario all hard working at Bell station. All of the staff friendly and customer service oriented. Beautiful setting and flowers high up in the hills by the jungle overlooking PV watching the hawks soar float over the bay was amazing. Hasta luego.

We had the best time at Grand Miramar, largely due to the excellent service. The Bell Boys Mario, Luis, Salvador, and Alberto were more than accommodating, offered us helpful tips, and had very kind communication every time we saw them. Breakfast was also incredible and also boasted excellent service (and food). Room/amenities were great as well.

We stayed at the Grand Miramar, Conchas China, Puerto Vallarta in late October/ 2025. We came to Puerto Vallarta 3 days early before checking into out condo in Playas Gemeles, electing to spend these 3 days at the Grand Miramar. Nothing but surprise and delight with our Grand Miramar experience. This is truly a luxury property! A one bedroom luxury suite (marble bath, luxury linens, extremely nice furnishings, studio type modern kitchen facilities) with wonderful ocean views from our own terrace, even a great breakfast...all a very reasonable price! Forget the mediocre big name beachfront properties on the Puerto Vallarta "hotel strip"...check out the Grand Miramar high on the hill in Conchas Chinas. During our stay we never left the property, spending out time enjoying the pools, the views, the restaurants and the hospitality. We give the Grand Miramar our highest recommendation! The staff was very warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating. A special shout out to Alberto, Luis, Mario and Salvador who were so gracious to us during our stay, making our Grand Miramar experience delightful and so very special. We'll be back for sure! The property is the highest point on the mountain its hard to get too and a scary ride up but the view is amazing

El hotel es extraordinario. Es muy amplio y con muchas áreas para descubrir. Todo el personal es muy atento. La habitación está de lujo. Hubi un problema en el jacuzzi y lo arreglaron de inmediato. Me arrepentí de no haberme quedado por más tiempo. No es una zona céntrica, así que vale la pena para un viaje tranquilo sin miras a salir mucho. No obstante, es fácil conseguir taxis por la zona.

Todo me pareció excelente. Lo único que no me hizo sentido fue la discrepancia de costos en los bares/restaurantes. Prácticamente pagaba distintas cantidades por consumos similares. Una observación es que en las piscinas de planta baja, no me agradó el trato del personal. Había yo ya previamente dejado una propina del 15% en un servicio en la planta alta. En esta ocasión, la verdad no me encantó el servicio del mesero, por lo que decidí dejar sólo el 10%. El mesero no pudo evitar hacer comentarios negativos al respecto. Si ése va a ser el trato, prefiero que el hotel sea directo y me indique que la propina es del 15% me guste o no el servicio. Me parece un tanto desagradable ese comportamiento.
