The floor was damaged and they had bed bug

Most of the plugs didn't work. I had to move the refrigerator to plug in hair dryer. Curtain was barely hanging on the rod. The supposedly clean towel had a lot of black hair in it. The inside of the door facing on the bathroom had smears of something brown. No ice machine at the hotel. The breakfast area smelled of urine. The television only had one channel that was semi-clear enough to watch. Bathroom dunked backed up if we left the water running more than a few seconds.

Our hotel door had previously been kicked in, and there was a small gap after the door was closed. It was a rough looking property.

Room not like what was advertised. No phn, no coffee maker, tv showed fuzzy picture, curtains barely closed, couldn't use d tub..rusty! Gr8 customer service but should close until construction is done.

While driving across country I needed a place to stop for the night and thought I would save a few dollars and found this place. The pictures looked nice and it was cheaper than the hotels around the area. What a mistake. The pictures shown are NOT what the hotel looks like! The actual building should be condemned. There is no real front office/lobby, just a run down side room with a sketchy attendant. You have to drive around the side as the whole front of the building appears to be collapsing. The rooms are filthy, the floor uneven and wobbly, I wore extra clothes when sleeping so as to not touch the sheets, high likelihood of getting bed bugs. The extra clothes were also needed because the heater is so noisy it sounds like a helicopter taking off, so I had to run it until I went to sleep, but it doesn't get very warm so I woke up in the middle of the night freezing and had to turn it back on. But I guess that wasn't so bad because it drowned out the sound of the rooster at 3 AM. Yes, there is a rooster right next door that will start crowing very loudly at about 3:30 AM. My goal became to get just enough shut eye to get back in my car and get out of there. So at least I'll get a free breakfast right.... The "breakfast" was served in one of the old run down rooms that had been semi gutted with... ugh it was absolutely inedible, and looks like you would definitely get sick, so I left as soon as I could. Well at least I got to my destination earlier.

I make a reservation and they show a very nice pitchure and price was very good I arrive to this hotel late nigth front desk is nasty looking with animal at entry door a lot electric core in floor with a lot water vet danger they told.me park on the back.is no even park was flood it i return to the desk return the keys and left this dirty place..recomendation walk away from this nasty.place.. PD NOT REAL PICTURE BE AWARE..

I think they charge by the hour

The pictures on Hotels.com made this place look nice and when considering the price and how it looked, I thought this was the value of the year!! Boy, was I wrong!! My first room was filthy, damp, musty and no way was I staying in it. The second room given to me was liveable. The T.V. was old school, but good picture. Furniture damaged and dated but the bed was comfy and clean. Breakfast sucked. Worst coffee ever. Heat/a.c. didn't work, it weather wasn't bad so not an issue. The only beacon of light was the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk clerk at night. Very nice LADY!! Except for her, I can't fathom staying there again!! Definitely a case of BAIT AND SWITCH.
