Mitsis Summer Palace

The most horrible service ever!! The staff is rude, unfriendly, they barely speak english. I don't think they understood what the hospitality industry should look like, especially in a 5* hotel. Such a disappointment!!

The staff couldn’t help enough, the room was spacious and kept well every day. The food was ok and pretty standard for an all inclusive. The location is perfect!

We wore traveled two friends for a weekend in Mitsis Summer Palace, its cool place for young people mainly because of the pool. Beside that the rooms are old and not styled, the hall next to the room is really noisy and disturb you to sleep from the early morning, the food is not great and around the hotel there is not much to do - every village is minimum 30 minutes ride.

The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The food was generally very nice with lots of options although there were occasions when some things ran out and there was no more! This meant you had to eat early or risk the chance of missing out!! The staff were always courteous, helpful and friendly. A few niggles: There was no ventilation in the bathroom so bit like a sauna! If you wanted a sunbed by the infinity pools you had to be up very, very early! Music from the new lower restaurant could be heard in the upper bar. Very annoying as they were different!! Would not consider it a five star hotel but there are lots of improvements still going on so maybe they will get there one day??

Love the Mitsis brand. Disappointed that some of the things promised on the website were missing - for instance the pool! And the on-site a la carte restaurant.

Hotel is een groot massadorp. Onpersoonlijk. Kamers liggen ver uit mekaar.

nette Anlage, mit kleinem Gemeinschaftspool, aber vielen "sharing Pools". Strandabschnitt klein und überfüllt, Vielen Stufen, daher nichts für Gehbehinderte, sehr freundliches Personal, aber am Abend ist die Lobby mit den Gästemassen hoffnungslos überfüllt. Speisesaal mit toller Terrasse und fantastischen Meerblick, Essen: ein bisschen langweilig und eintönig, unbedingt ein Abendessen in der Taverne am Strand nehmen, dort ist es super lecker und nicht so voll! und noch eine Warnung für alle mit einem empfindlichen Magen: das Trinkwasser welches gereicht wird ist so mit Chlor angereichert, dass einem davon übel werden kann, und leider sind auch alle Softdrinks mit diesem Wasser gemacht, also zum trinken unbedingt Wasser in Flaschen im Supermarkt kaufen.
