Lõuna ja õhtusöökide tellimisel kas unustati kellegi söök sootuks ära või aeti midagi segamini. Samuti restoranis ei õnnestunud alati arvet toa arvele panna vaid soovitu kohest maksmist, sõltus päevast.

The resort although in a great location is trying too hard to be something it's not. The staff are incredibly friendly, but seem to lack training with basic requests and questions.

Clearly overpriced for what its is. The food is the most obvious with being incredibly overpriced with a lack of quality. Staff take payment for overpriced drinks and then come back half an hour later with change, if they come back at all. The whole experience was underwhelming really.

Temizlik, yemek servisi çok kötü mutfaktan çok çok uzun sürede yemek çıkıyor gelene kadar da soğuyor alırı düzensiz organizasyon kötü, yemekler, menü yetersizliği ve kötülüğü, getirdikleri genel su şişelerinden sahilde ağıza dayayarak su içiliyor aynı şişe odalara ve masalara servise geliyor, bardaklar, tabaklar , banyolar temiz değil. Tereyağı bugün yok denilememeli.

Sehr schönes sauberes Haus mit spektakulärer Lage am Traumstrand von Sabang. Besonders toll die Lage de Restaurantes am Strand sowie der immens große Pool-ich denke länger als 50 m. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal- und das obwohl ich anfangs selbst nicht sehr freundlich war . ZB wurde unser Wunsch nach Zimmerwechsel organisiert.

Die Küche des Restaurantes am Abend war leider nicht gut so dass wir abends immer auswärts gegessen haben

The location is fantastic: the breach and the nature around are very nice. There are waves in the sea and you can rent bodyboards from the hotel to ride them. The hotel is modern and the facilities are very nice (rooms, swimming pool, gym and kids club).

The hotel is lacking staff and staff management. Restaurant orders are too long to arrive (1h+ during our stay), this applies to both lunch and dinner. We ended up eating dinner in the hotel next door, the Daluyon where the restaurant is much better and faster. The staff is struggling to make the rooms available on-time for check-in and are barely able to clean the rooms by the evening for existing guests. We often had to chase the staff in the corridor at 5pm to get fresh towels, shower gel or other things as they had not done our room. They also called the room too much even after 8pm where our kids were sleeping, often for minor reasons. We decided to unplug the phone but they also ring the doorbell in late hours. They should use other means of communication to avoid disturbing the guests like WhatsApp.

L emplacement avec accès direct sur la belle plage de Sabang La piscine est immense ,extra . La chambre ,toute refaite à neuf ,superbe.Il ne manque rien . Le petit déjeuner /buffet très varié et différent chaque matin . La gentillesse de tout le personnel :des bonjours et des sourires de tous . Le concert en live vendredi et samedi soir en prenant un cocktail avec les vagues en fond sonore :un vrai délice

Un petit conseil : Si possible ,ne pas attendre le dernier moment pour le petit déjeuner car c est un peu la cohue . Plus tôt ,c est plus agréable .
