The beach is really nice and wide, and the pool area is gorgeous. Breakfast was good, and the rooms are very nice with a comfortable bed. Staff very polite.

The service is very slow. the facilities are okay, but there aren't enough activities or amenities for such a big hotel.

Great location. Close to Underground River site. Great Staff!

Location was perfect, whole qccomodqtion very calm and quiet. Romms were clean. Staff froendly.

I booked a private transfer for me and my children from El Nido port to the hotel, 6h driive. 12 hour prior to the arrival they have informed me of cancelation saying they hope I can find one on my own. I was stressed at first, but manged to find private van for us within 10 minutes for half price the hotel has offered me. I really don't understand why the hotel staff could not do what I as a foreginer could without a hustle.
