The hotel is of a high standard, quiet and beautiful. Perfect pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is good and very varied.

There is no elevator, the food in the restaurant is not very varied and the options without pork or seafood are very poor. The jacuzzi is not really heated and the back currents in it were not active. The location is far from city centers and there is nothing to do in the evening or quality restaurants to go to. If the goal is to stay mainly in the hotel then the hotel is amazing but we wanted a little more and apart from the underground river we didn't really find anything to do there and even that is only active in the morning. There is no activity/entertainment or even music in the pool in the evening.The water flow in the shower is weak.
