"Very handy for the underground river tour."

Classic Sheraton. Bit sterile. Seems out of place in Sabang but perfect for the underground river. Pool is the main feature - can’t fault that!

Just a bit yawn.

"Very Nice place aesthetically but not sure about their cleaning and charging policies"

The property is very nice

The buffet food was all cold! The front desk over charged us on our stay and refused to correct it. The refilling of water bottles is sketchy, at breakfast the bottle we had was not sealed and had mold around the rim inside! We showed the dining room manager and he took the bottle away.

Frühstück war gut und die Lage war hervorragend!

Der Kleinbus bei der Abholung vom Flughafen war übervoll! Ich hatte nur Platz vorne auf dem Notsitz. Klimaanlage funktionierte in unserem Zimmer nicht. Auf Druck bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer.
