Four Points by Sheraton Palawan Puerto Princesa

We had a wonderful stay at 4 Points by Sheraton Palawan. The pool area is fantastic, and I really appreciated how the beach beds were always clean and never crowded — both by the pool and at the beach. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff made our stay even more special — especially Amel, who kept our room perfectly clean every day, and Engin, who always greeted us with a big smile at breakfast. The breakfast itself was generous and had plenty of choices, even if you came in a bit later after 9:45. Definitely a place I’d come back to — relaxing atmosphere, great staff, and beautiful surroundings.

The restaurant service could be a bit faster, so I’ll leave a separate review for that, but overall, I really enjoyed the steak and the poolside munchies (the sliders were great!). The pasta and pizza weren’t my favorites, mainly because of the long waiting time, but it didn’t affect how much I enjoyed the overall resort experience.

What stands out are the staffs. Very attentive, polite, courteous, helpful, warm and kind. You can really feel the genuineness when you're around them. Which makes you and your family feel very special. And your surroundings that much better.

Unfortunately the brick oven wasn't working at the time and couldn't order what we wanted. Otherwise, there is really no complaints.

Super Anlage, sauberer Strand, guter Spa und Gym.

Very updated, clean, great facilities, beachfront, excellent breakfast.

It’s is a bit far from airport.
